Buying my care from mossy was a very good experience. Melissa Herring and Adam Mason were so patient and accommodating in helping me to make my decision.

We recently purchased a 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from Mossy of Picayune, and Harvey Benard was the salesperson who worked with us throughout the process. Before we even visited the dealership, Harvey sent my husband videos of the vehicle and made sure it was cleaned and ready for us to inspect. This gave us a great first impression and helped us feel more comfortable making the long drive to see the vehicle. Harvey was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He clearly has a lot of experience as a salesperson and was always willing to help. After we purchased the vehicle, he followed up with us to make sure everything was going well and to ask if we had found any issues with the car. We also received a handwritten thank-you card afterward, which was a thoughtful personal touch that we appreciated. One area where the process could have been better was communication around technical details. Sometimes information took a little longer to get because Harvey needed to check with other team members before providing answers. However, he always made the effort to get the information we needed. The only aspect we did not particularly enjoy was the repeated discussion about financing. From our first visit, we had made it clear that we intended to pay cash for the vehicle. Since we live about 2.5 hours away, our first trip involved inspecting the vehicle and working through the details, which took most of the day. When we returned the next day to complete the purchase, we were asked multiple times by different staff members why we were not financing the vehicle. We understand that financing is an important part of the dealership business, but after clearly stating our preference to pay in full, we would have preferred less pressure on that topic. That said, Harvey remained courteous and professional throughout the process, and we appreciated his follow-up and customer service. Compared with other dealerships we visited during our search, we found the hospitality, communication, and overall customer care at Mossy of Picayune to be very good. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and thankful for Harvey's assistance throughout the process. We would recommend him to others looking for a vehicle.
